This app is specifically designed to support Collinson Group’s Airport Merchant Partners to manage and redeem offers. Collinson Benefits Gateway allows partners to validate, redeem or void offer codes for airport retail, dining and spa experiences that are part of Collinson Group programmes including LoungeKey.
HOW THE APP WORKS
To scan a QR code simply open the app, point the camera at the code, and you’re done! There is no need to take a photo or press a button. The app will automatically recognise any code your camera is pointing at.
When scanning a QR code, if the code contains a valid offer, you will automatically receive details of the offer and allow you to redeem the offer. If the code is not valid, it will provide an error message, and you will be prompted to take the appropriate action.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to use the app, your device must have a built-in camera, 5 megapixels or above, and you will need Internet connectivity.
